An Early Surprise For The Morning
In a surprise announcement, it turns out the Shadow’s Die Twice FromSoftware tease from the game awards is not for Bloodborne 2 but for a brand new IP Sekiro. This morning at the Microsoft e3 conference we have officially had Sekiro Shadows Die Twice revealed.
The game seems to have adopted some gameplay systems from both Bloodborne and Dark Souls, which is fully expected as it is what FromSoftware do best. The biggest change seems to come in the form of the setting and environments. Gone is the dark, moist grey world’s we’re used to seeing from them. Sekiro has quite colourful, lush environments set in the nature filled edo period of Japan.
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is set to release some time in 2019. You can check out the reveal trailer below.
