It’s Time To Head To Egypt
After being possibly the most leaked game ever. Assassins Creed Origins has officially been shown off with a trailer and gameplay during Microsoft’s e3 briefing today.
The trailer confirmed that all prior leaks were in fact true.
The game is set in Egypt. You play as Bayek an Egyptian Meiji and get to roam the stunning open world in which there will be plenty of secrets to unlock and stories to be told.
The demo showed off the new style combat. This new combat system seems to be more fluent and not as predictable as earlier entries in the series and enemies no longer wait to attack on ‘their turn’.
Eagle vision has been replaced in the game with well..eagle vision. But this time it involves Bayek deploying his eagle to the skies to scout out areas and mark enemies.
Jean Guesdon, creative director at Ubisoft also revealed that the new title will have more rpg style elements and in-depth loot and levelling systems in the game.
It is due for release on October 27th this year.
