And It’s Sooner Than Anyone Thought
Yesterday at the 2017 Monster Hunter Championship it was announced that the Nintendo Switch version of Monster Hunter XX will release in Japan on August 25th. This may take the cake for shortest major game announcement to release time. With Monster Hunter XX on Switch only revealed earlier this week.
The Switch version will include a save transfer feature between the Switch and 3DS version of the game. And also allow Switch players the ability to play with 3DS players.
There is still no word yet on whether an English release of the titles will be making it’s way to our shores. But with the large fan base of English speaking fans, and knowing that many previous titles had an English release we are hopeful. We may get some further information regarding this at E3 in mid June.
