During the 2017 PlayStation® Press Conference in Japan, Square Enix, today revealed that the beloved and timeless classic, FINAL FANTASY® IX, is available digitally for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system now.
That’s right, you can get it NOW. Hints that it was coming soon to PS4 began to surface yesterday before the conference when a listing for the game was found on the PEGI rating boards. Turns out those rumours were true and if you want to get your hands on Final Fantasy IX on PS4, now is your time to do so.
FINAL FANTASY IX is available digitally now for the PlayStation®4 for AUD $31.95. Those who purchase the digital edition will also receive an original custom theme designed by Toshiyuki Itahana and eight key character avatars.
To celebrate the release, the game will be available for a discounted price of AUD $25.56 for PlayStation®Plus members until 26th September.
